Points & Credits Terms

These Points & Credits Terms apply to any points, credits, rewards, promotional balances, coupons, referral credits, store credits, or similar features offered by Create2Share.
Create2Share is operated by SMART BRAIN TLC INC.
By earning, receiving, redeeming, or using any points or credits, you agree to these Terms.
1. No Cash Value
Create2Share points and credits are promotional benefits only.
They are not cash, legal currency, gift cards, stored value, bank deposits, wages, or property.
Points and credits may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
2. Use of Points and Credits
Points and credits may be used only on Create2Share and only for eligible purchases, promotions, discounts, fees, or platform features as allowed by Create2Share.
Create2Share may decide which products, sellers, services, fees, or purchases are eligible for points or credits.
3. Not Transferable
Points and credits are personal to the account where they are issued.
They may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, gifted, exchanged, brokered, or combined with another account unless Create2Share gives written permission.
4. Expiration
Points and credits may expire after the period stated in the offer, promotion, or account notice.
If no expiration period is stated, Create2Share may set or update expiration rules with notice, subject to applicable law.
5. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
Create2Share may change, limit, suspend, revoke, or discontinue the points or credit system at any time.
Create2Share may also correct errors, reverse credits, remove duplicate credits, or cancel credits issued by mistake, fraud, abuse, technical error, or violation of platform rules.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Create2Share may remove points or credits, cancel orders, suspend accounts, withhold seller payouts, or terminate accounts if we believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, fake referrals, fake accounts, review manipulation, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, refund abuse, or violation of Create2Share policies.
7. Refunds and Returns
If a purchase made with points or credits is refunded, Create2Share may return the points or credits, issue partial credit, or cancel the points or credits depending on the transaction, product type, refund reason, and platform rules.
If points or credits were earned from a purchase that is later refunded, canceled, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Create2Share may deduct or remove those points or credits.
8. Seller Payouts
Points, credits, coupons, discounts, or promotions may affect seller payouts depending on how the promotion is structured.
Create2Share may decide whether a discount is funded by Create2Share, the seller, or both. The applicable seller payout rules will be shown or described when possible.
9. Promotional Offers
Create2Share may offer promotional credits, launch credits, referral credits, seller credits, buyer rewards, or limited-time offers.
Promotions may have additional terms, limits, expiration dates, eligibility rules, and restrictions.
Create2Share may end or modify promotions at any time unless prohibited by law.
10. Account Closure
If your account is closed, suspended, terminated, inactive, or removed for policy violations, unused points or credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
11. No Guarantee
Create2Share does not guarantee that points or credits will always be available, redeemable, transferable, or usable for all products or services.
Points and credits are a platform feature and may be changed as Create2Share grows.
