Buyer Terms

These Buyer Terms apply to anyone who purchases, downloads, accesses, or uses products from Create2Share.
1. Digital Product Purchases
Create2Share sells digital products through third-party sellers and/or platform-created listings. Digital products may include worksheets, lesson plans, printables, templates, activities, guides, classroom materials, and other downloadable or digital learning resources.
2. Buyer Responsibility
Before purchasing, buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, file types, grade levels, product details, license terms, and compatibility information.
Create2Share does not guarantee that a product will meet a specific school, district, curriculum, legal, accessibility, homeschool, special education, or instructional requirement.
3. License to Use Purchased Products
Unless stated otherwise, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, classroom, tutoring, homeschool, or internal educational use.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, post publicly, copy for others, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit purchased products unless the seller provides written permission.
4. No Unauthorized Sharing
You may not share purchased digital files with other teachers, schools, organizations, groups, websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, social media pages, public drives, or commercial users unless the license specifically allows it.
5. Refunds
Because digital products may be accessed immediately, refunds are limited and governed by the Create2Share Refund Policy.
6. Product Issues
If you experience a download issue, wrong file, duplicate purchase, missing file, corrupted file, or material listing error, contact us at info@create2share.org.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Create2Share products are for general educational and informational purposes. Buyers are responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for their students, class, homeschool, tutoring program, institution, or organization.
8. Reviews
Buyer reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on real experiences. Fake, abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, promotional, or manipulated reviews may be removed.
