Seller FAQs

Sellers may upload original digital resources such as worksheets, lesson plans, printables, templates, classroom activities, homeschool materials, STEM resources, SEL resources, reading activities, math resources, and learning tools.

No, not unless they have clear legal permission for commercial resale and marketplace distribution. Sellers should create original work or use properly licensed materials.

Sellers keep ownership of their original products. By uploading products to Create2Share, sellers give Create2Share permission to host, display, market, sell, deliver, and promote those products through the platform.

Yes. Sellers are responsible for making sure they own or have permission to use all content included in their products, including images, fonts, clipart, templates, worksheets, graphics, photographs, AI-generated materials, and third-party resources.

Only if they have the legal right to sell those materials. Some resources created for an employer, school, district, or organization may belong to that employer or may include confidential or restricted materials. Sellers should check before uploading.

Create2Share’s platform portion helps cover payment processing, marketplace technology, seller support, customer service, marketing, platform growth, refunds, chargeback risk, compliance, and mission-impact operations.

Yes. Sellers are responsible for their own income taxes, business taxes, tax forms, filings, permits, and reporting obligations unless otherwise required by law or handled by a payment provider.

Yes, if the seller has the right to use it commercially and the content follows Create2Share policies. Sellers are responsible for checking accuracy, originality, copyright concerns, and suitability before uploading AI-generated or AI-assisted materials.

No. Sellers may not upload student personal information, student records, private student work, IEPs, grades, identifiable photos, or confidential school records without proper legal authorization.

No. Create2Share does not guarantee sales, income, buyer traffic, search ranking, homepage placement, social media promotion, or business results.

Approved Pioneer Sellers keep 85% of every sale for their first 6 months.

After the Pioneer Seller period, sellers move to the standard seller rate and keep 80% of every sale unless otherwise stated by Create2Share.

There is no Create2Share listing fee during launch. Create2Share may update listing fees or seller pricing in the future with notice.

Seller payout timing may depend on Create2Share’s payment system, payment provider, identity verification, refund activity, chargebacks, and account status. Payout details will be provided in the seller dashboard or seller terms.

Buyer FAQs

Because Create2Share sells digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, wrong files, major listing errors, or other issues described in the Refund Policy.

After checkout, your digital product may be available through your account, order confirmation, download page, or email link.

  • Never purchase through their own affiliate link to earn commissions.
  • Never impersonate Create2Share or Smart Brain TLC Inc.

Violation of these rules may result in commission reversal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the affiliate program.

Our Points & Rewards Program lets you earn loyalty points by completing eligible activities on Create2Share. Redeem your points for exciting rewards, including discount coupons, store credits, and exclusive offers.

How to Access Your Points & Rewards

2. Or Click the Button Above (Points & Reward Dashboard).

3. After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to your My Account page.
4. Select Points & Rewards from the My Account menu to view your loyalty points, available rewards, and redemption history.

How to Earn Points

It’s simple!

Every eligible purchase earns you 10 Loyalty Points.

The more you shop, the more points you earn.

Redeem Your Points

Once you accumulate 300 Loyalty Points, you can redeem them for a $10 Store Reward that can be used toward your next purchase on Create2Share.

You’ll receive a $5 USD referral reward when your referred friend:
