Create2Share respects intellectual property rights and expects users and sellers to do the same.
1. Copyright Ownership
Sellers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use all content included in their products, including text, images, clipart, fonts, templates, worksheets, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, logos, standards, and AI-generated or AI-assisted materials.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Create2Share infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to:

Your notice should include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Response to Notices
When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the seller, suspend the listing, restrict the seller account, or take other appropriate action.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the information required by applicable law.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Create2Share may terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
6. Important DMCA Step
Create2Share should register a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and keep the registration current.
