Refund Policy

1. Overview

Create2Share sells digital products through an online marketplace. Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, saved, printed, accessed, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final unless this Refund Policy allows otherwise.

By purchasing from Create2Share, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. General No-Refund Rule for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, Create2Share generally does not offer refunds after a product has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

This rule helps protect sellers, creators, and the integrity of the marketplace.

3. Refunds May Be Considered

Create2Share may consider a refund only if:

1. The buyer was charged more than once for the same product.
2. The digital file cannot be accessed due to a technical issue caused by the Website or seller.
3. The product file is missing or corrupt and the seller cannot fix it.
4. The product is materially different from the description.
5. The buyer purchased the wrong item due to a clear Website error.
6. A refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Refunds Are Usually Not Given For

Refunds will generally not be given because:

1. The buyer changed their mind.
2. The buyer no longer needs the product.
3. The buyer did not read the description.
4. The buyer purchased the wrong product.
5. The buyer expected a different format that was disclosed in the listing.
6. The buyer lacks required software to open the file.
7. The buyer’s school, employer, or district does not approve the product.
8. The buyer already downloaded or used the product.
9. The buyer found a similar product elsewhere.
10. The buyer claims the product is too simple or too advanced after purchase.
11. The buyer violated the product license.
12. The issue is caused by the buyer’s device, internet connection, email, browser, or software.

5. Refund Request Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless a longer period is required by law.

Requests submitted after 7 days may be denied.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

7. Seller Opportunity to Fix

Before a refund is issued, the seller may be given an opportunity to fix the issue, replace the file, provide instructions, or clarify the product.

If the issue is fixed, the refund may be denied.

8. Create2Share Final Decision

Create2Share reserves the right to make the final decision on refund requests.

We may approve, deny, partially refund, issue store credit, or require additional information

9. Abuse of Refund Policy

We may deny refunds, restrict accounts, or suspend users who abuse the refund process, make false claims, repeatedly purchase and request refunds, download products and demand refunds without valid reason, or violate marketplace policies

10. Payment Processor Timin

Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment method.
